Refund policy

1. Every purchase is guaranteed to be satisfactory. Feel free to return a purchase if you're not happy with it. 
2. We offer a generous 14 days from the date of order delivery for returns and exchanges.
3. Products must be largely unused and have at least 90% of their substance left in order to be eligible for a return or exchange. 

4. All return and exchange requests are handled quickly—usually in three to five business days. 
5. Please be aware that the original order's delivery costs are not refundable. 
6. Any delivery fees associated with product exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 
7. We will pay all delivery costs associated with the return or exchange in the event of damage, leakage, or receiving the incorrect product.
